When / Where
The Rising Tide Gathering will be held at the Sumac
Centre, Nottingham, NG7 6HX, from 1st - 3rd October. The gathering
runs 5pm Friday to 2pm Sunday, although the Sumac centre is open
Sunday afternoon until 4pm for anyone who wants to hang around.
The Sumac Centre is located at 245 Gladstone Street,
west off Sherwood Rise at Alberta Terrace, opposite the top of Exeter
Road. The Sumac Centre website has a good map of how to get there,

Cost
£15 - £35 includes food. This is a sliding
scale depending on what you can afford.
Accommodation
We are offering crash-pad accommodation, which means
sleeping on floors at the Sumac Centre and nearby Neds Housing Co-Op.
This is very basic: bring a sleeping bag!

Food
The food will be vegan and included in the price.
The first meal is on Friday evening at 6pm. If you have any alergies
or dietary needs that are not catered for with vegan food, please
contact us as far in advance as possible.
What to Bring
As well as your SLEEPING BAG,
we are asking you to bring a press cutting about climate change
and a record of any activity you have taken part in that was about
climate change. We will use these on Friday evening for some activities
to get us thinking about climate change and what we can do about
it.
